Airtrack™ provides detection of a large variety of gases and contaminants in both compressed air and ambient environments

The Airtrack™ standard versions will monitor Water Content/Pressure Dewpoint, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Oil, Nitrous Oxides and Hydrogen Sulphide, pressure and temperature. In addition to these the Airtrack™ Special will monitor for up to 6 extra selectable channels and can integrate with almost any sensor producing a 4–20mA output.

The standard units will monitor CO, CO₂, Dewpoint, O₂ and use an oil impactor, for compliance with EN12021 or Grade D standards. With additional sensors, it offers the capability to monitor air for other contaminants that may be present in poor-quality ambient air.
The Airtrack™ works real time constantly monitoring air quality and contains a built‑in audible and visual alarm and separate audible alarm output which can be used to integrate with a remote alarm or shutdown associated plant such as a compressor. A test function allows the unit to perform an average over 5 minutes and built‑in logging facility records data from each channel which can be downloaded conveniently to a USB drive.

The Airtrack™ can also be connected to the Airtrack PC app which will allow settings and alarm levels to be changed, allow test reports to be generated. With its bump test mode verification of the sensor accuracy can be achieved

Airtrack™ Compressed Air Quality

Where air is used for high purity applications such as breathing air, it is essential that a compressor generates consistently good air. The Airtrack™ can be used as a portable tester, or as a fixed monitor for breathing air to ensure that it meets either EN12021 requirements or Grade D for purity. Airtrack™ can be used for compressed air systems between 2 and 10 bar, or if high pressure testing up to 300 bar is required, a separate reducer accessory is available.
In addition to the Airtrack compressed air quality standard version, a Lite version is available which just monitors for Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide and an enhanced version featuring a photo ionisation detector which measures for oil in compressed air. Sensors can be customised should unusual gases such as Nitrous Oxides be required to be monitored.

Airtrack™ Environmental Version

The Airtrack™ Environmental versions are designed to monitor gases in hazardous areas such as confined spaces, and can be used as mobile area gas detection. A diffusion version allows for passive monitoring of gases, and the pumped version will allow up sampling through a hose up to 30 metres in length.

Airtrack™ Special Version

The Airtrack Special version allows not only the standard range of Airtrack sensors, but for a huge variety of sensors to be deployed with 6 additional 4–20 mA channels. Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Air Velocity and Atmospheric Pressure are a few of the sensors available with Airtrack Special.
