The control panel provides capacity for up to 4 users simultaneously, each providing 2 independent air supplies; Primary and Secondary. Each line is equipped with an isolation valve, gauge pressure indicator.

Additionally, an emergency Tertiary supply is incorporated into the panel providing one easily viewable location for the control panel operator.

All three air supplies are designed to be fed with 300 bar cylinder banks. An integral audible and visual alarm system warns of low pressure in the cylinder banks, and an LED illuminates on the supply that has failed.

Supplies are automatically regulated to the correct working pressures for the airline, ensuring that no critical adjustment is needed by the operator, so the Airmaster 2 is the simplest of the panels in the range.

Typically mounted in an Explorer case but can be fitted directly inside a container or life support trailer.
Approved to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and EN14593-1, the system is engineered to comply in demanding industrial environments, where chances cannot be taken.
