Containerised Life Support units are part of the extensive portfolio which Luno Systems offer, confirming our commitment to complete life support solutions which meet the needs of industry. Units can be housed in DNV or standard CSC certified containers.
Whilst generally customised to clients’ requirements, as an integration project, existing standard designs are available for 10ft and 20ft containers.
The process followed for supply of these units is as follows:
DESIGN
Scope of the project is defined prior to project commencing, ensuring that the design meets the requirements, and at this stage, lead times, certification requirements and Factory Acceptance testing is defined.
MANUFACTURING
Our in‑house welding and machining resource ensures we have the capability to meet short lead times, integrating mechanical and electrical resources to ensure that a complete controlled service is offered.
TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
Testing both in‑house and 3rd party is agreed at design stage, then conducted post‑manufacture. A complete operations manual for the container is supplied with it.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING (FAT)
Depending on the client’s requirements FAT testing may be required.
ON‑SITE COMMISSIONING & TRAINING
Once delivered, additional set‑up may be required and then final training on the use and operation of the life support unit is required.
LIFETIME SERVICE AND SUPPORT
On‑site servicing can be arranged as the O.E.M., providing reliability of the unit throughout its intended life.
