Featuring stainless steel panel and pipework, and mounted inside lifetime warranty Explorer™ cases the A and B panels will give durability for harsh industrial environments.

The control panels provide capacity for up to 4 users simultaneously, providing each with 2 independent air supplies; Primary and Secondary.

The A panel designed to be positioned at the bottom of the reactor and the B panel on the reactor top which means only the interface umbilical is trailed up to the reactor and then split out to up to 4 users with the B panel.

The A panel is designed for handling 2 high pressure supplies.

The A panel is fitted with a pressure regulator on each line which can be adjusted to ensure users are supplied with adequate pressure.

Each line is equipped with an isolation valve on the B panel, and flowmeter which indicates breathing. An integral audible and visual alarm beacon warns of low pressure in the cylinder banks, and an LED illuminates on the supply that has failed.

Normally, the system will be used in conjunction with a communication system – the interface umbilical contains a comms cable.

Approved to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and EN14593-1, the system is engineered to comply in demanding industrial environments, where chances cannot be taken.
