Connectors
Luno Systems connectors are all breathing air compliant and approved to EN14593/4 with safety coupling features which prevent inadvertent disconnection.
Made of high‑grade nickel‑plated brass or stainless steel parts, they will endure in the most harsh of environments.
001 Series Coupling
Our most popular coupling, compatible with other major manufacturer’s breathing air couplings, features a push/pull sleeve to release.
002 Series Coupling
Historically used in the Life Support industry. Sometimes known as the ‘Skovde’ coupling. A locking collar to increase safety is screwed up to the sleeve to prevent inadvertent disconnection. Without this, it is not classed as a safety coupling.
003 Series Coupling
Our safest coupling, the 003 is the same style push/pull sleeve coupling as the 001, but with an additional locking collar similar to the 002 series for heightened safety. In the event that the user does not screw up the collar, the coupling is still classed as a safety coupling.
004 Series Coupling
A mini coupling with push/pull sleeve safety feature, is very small and light and designed for use on breathing apparatus sets.
005 Series Coupling
A large 25mm bore coupling designed for low pressure applications on large hoses, such as the Flowmaster™ system. Features a ring which requires alignment with a pin to disconnect.
