The Luno Systems heavy duty breathing air hose is designed for work in high risk working such as tank cleaning, where there are highly contaminated environments.

Featuring good resistance to most hydrocarbons and chemicals, excellent crush and kink resistance, this hose is selected for its durability in heavy
industrial environments.

Typical applications include tank cleaning and mechanical works where there is heavy contamination.

Large Bore Breathing Air Hose LSBAH002

The Luno Systems LSBAH002 breathing air hose is designed for applications where high volumes of air are needed for the respiratory equipment.

Typically used with air supplied suits or as a combined airline and communication hose – Aircom™.

Often these environments are contaminated so it has good resistance to chemicals and particulate contamination found in petrochemical and nuclear industry. The hose also features an antistatic liner.

Premium Polyurethane Breathing Air Hose LSBAH003

The Luno Systems Polyurethane breathing air hose is designed for work in high‑risk working such as tank cleaning, where there are highly contaminated environments.

Enhanced chemical and heat resistance with good flexibility at all temperatures are all features which make this a premium level breathing air hose.

The hose is used on Luno life support systems, where breathing hose integrity is especially critical.

Medium Duty Breathing Air Hose LSBAH005

The Luno Systems LSBAH005 breathing air hose is designed for applications where a good quality, but cost‑effective breathing hose is required.

The hose provides reasonable chemical resistance and durability and a wide range of operating temperatures.

Connectors

Luno Systems connectors are all breathing air compliant and approved to EN14593/4 with safety coupling features which prevent inadvertent disconnection.

001 Series Coupling
Our most popular coupling, compatible with other major manufacturer’s breathing air couplings, features a push/pull sleeve to release.

002 Series Coupling
Historically used in the Life Support industry. Sometimes known as the ‘Skovde’ coupling. A locking collar to increase safety is screwed up to the sleeve to prevent inadvertent disconnection. Without this, it is not classed as a safety coupling.

003 Series Coupling
Our safest coupling, the 003 is the same style push/pull sleeve coupling as the 001, but with an additional locking collar similar to the 002 series for heightened safety. In the event that the user does not screw up the collar, the coupling is still classed as a safety coupling.

004 Series Coupling
A mini coupling with push/pull sleeve safety feature, is very small and light and designed for use on breathing apparatus sets.

005 Series Coupling
A large 25mm bore coupling designed for low pressure applications on large hoses, such as the Flowmaster™ system. Features a ring which requires alignment with a pin to disconnect.
