Using the proven simplicity and reliability of the BAC1000 diesel unit, the BAC‑e offers the same benefits, but in an electric version. Constructed to meet the requirements of EN139/EN14594 for Airline Breathing Apparatus, units produce high‑purity air to the EN12021 standard.

In addition to delivering compressed air, a high‑pressure 300 bar cylinder bank provides a secondary air supply that automatically operates in the event of the main supply failing. If the main supply should fail, an alarm will simultaneously activate by giving an audible and visual warning.

Unique to these compressors is the control panel, which can be removed from the trailer and positioned remotely to just outside the work zone, and provide means of entry control for the users.

The BAC‑eHV version is a higher air delivery unit designed for applications using airsuits or constant‑flow supplied air units. Customised versions offering higher air delivery and bespoke‑built versions are also available.
All units are supplied Airtrack™ ready, so they can easily integrate continuous air quality.
